Meet Sarah – Founder of ReActive Coaching.

Sarah founded ReActive Coaching in 2020 with a mission to challenge the norm and create a space where women’s health and fitness take centre stage.

Having experienced first hand the life-changing power of good nutrition and exercise habits, she left her career in Business Development to pursue her passion.

Sarah qualified as a nutritionist in 2014, and has been training private PT clients (both in person and online), running the RC studio, and leading group sessions, talks and workshops since 2015.

Specialising in Kettlebell and Barbell training, she’s helped countless female clients conquer their fear of lifting weights and unlock the incredible benefits of resistance training.

As a coach, my focus is creating an environment & community where you feel safe & confident. I love seeing our clients progress – not just physically, but mentally too.

It’s so common to only focus on the physical element of training and forget how incredible it is for every aspect of our wellbeing.

I created ReActive Coaching to be more than just a gym, more than just a PT studio. We will help you get leaner, improve confidence & build physical & mental strength & resilience which will help to change your life in all the best ways.”

Meet Gemma – From Client to Head Coach.

Gemma’s journey from dedicated ReActive Coaching client to passionate coach is nothing short of inspiring.

Gemma is a passionate health and fitness coach dedicated to empowering women through all stages of life, especially perimenopause and menopause.

With first hand experience navigating this transformative time, Gemma creates a supportive, inclusive environment where women can feel strong, confident, and seen.

She leads high-energy METCON, Bootcamp, and Strength training sessions designed to build resilience, boost energy, and foster female community.

Gemma’s approach is all about meeting women where they are, not just physically but mentally, and emotionally too, all while helping them reach their goals with compassion, motivation, and expert guidance.

Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to regain your strength and confidence during perimenopause or menopause, Gemma is here to guide and support you every step of the way

Meet Joey – The Super-Mobile Super-Human!

Joey is a highly versatile coach with training experience across powerlifting, calisthenics and street lifting, gymnastics, yoga, and bodybuilding. While his background is broad, his primary expertise lies in flexibility and mobility training. Helping clients to move better, feel stronger and build bodies that last.

He has worked extensively with individuals managing hypermobility, osteoarthritis and those returning to training after ACL reconstruction, creating inclusive, adaptable programs that meet clients where they are. Joey is known for his thoughtful, evidence based approach and his ability to make complex movement concepts feel accessible and empowering.

Joey’s sessions focus on intelligently blending strength and flexibility to develop true mobility, with a strong emphasis on building resilient spines, hips, and knees. His goal is simple: help your body age like fine wine; strong, mobile, and refined, so you can train, move, and live with confidence for years to come.

As a coach my goal is to help you move better & feel better, because life is tough enough as it is! everything feels easier when your body & mind are capable. I guide people through the art of movement so they can build strength, mobility & confidence for life.

Meet Issie – Super Mum & Compassionate Coach

Issie is a coach who truly understands the importance of moving well at every stage of life.

After developing sciatica following the birth of her children, Issie discovered first-hand how powerful the right kind of movement can be. What began as a journey to relieve pain and rebuild strength quickly grew into a passion for fitness and Pilates – not just for aesthetics, but for feeling strong, capable, and at ease in your own body.

With a strong focus on core strength, mobility, and functional movement, Issie creates sessions that help clients move with confidence and reconnect with their bodies. Her coaching style is supportive yet challenging.

She believes fitness should enhance your life, not overwhelm it. If you have a specific goal or simply wanting to move with more ease and strength, Issie meets you where you are and guides you forward with compassion, knowledge, and encouragement.
